1459 N 柑橘科维纳 CA 91722 Hibachi 超级自助餐。5 月 6 日星期五上午 11:30 吃了午饭。主要是贝类（蛤蜊、贻贝、小龙虾、虾）。几块牛肉。土豆、沙拉。螃蟹沙拉。各种各样的菜肴。大约 2-3 小时后腹部痉挛，爆炸性腹泻-持续恶心。没想到要检查发烧。不能离开厕所足够长的时间去医院。还在抽筋。大约 1/2 小时后把整个午餐都扔掉了-肚子里咯咯地笑。吃了大米喝了很多水。病得太重了，无法工作。下午 6 点左右感觉完全正常但虚弱。5 月 7 日早上我百分之百没事。

4 月 30 日星期六晚上，我从烟草路 Blo 的海鲜部门购买了一些虾和蟹肉。那天晚上我吃了一些。第二天早上醒来腿部非常虚弱，身体疼痛。腹泻真的很糟糕。几个小时后严重呕吐。48 小时后仍有腹泻，腿部无力。在过去 12 小时内有任何呕吐。

I ate some king crab legs, sushi, prime rib, pizza, macaroni and some deserts. Within a hour of leaving, I was sick and vomiting all night long and missed my flight the next morning because I was so sick. Called bellagio to file a report, and they really didn't seem to care.
