在我经历过的最严重的食物中毒的第三天。星期一晚上吃了一碗豆腐素汤、素食蛋卷和一壶菊花茶。周二整天都感到难以置信的出汗和恶心，所以吃完后 24 小时左右没吃东西但呕吐了几次。现在是星期四早上，我躺在床上发烧、可怕的寒战和无情的腹泻让我无法入睡。还是很恶心。在 3 天内减掉了 6 磅。我觉得我有点幻觉可能马上就去医院了这是最糟糕的。
