我和老板在 281&marahal 去了瓦莱罗，为他买了 4 个炸玉米饼 2 个香肠和鸡蛋，给我买了一个豆子和奶酪和一个 carne gasada。周三上午 10:45 左右。4 月 5 日。然后去下一份工作只有大约 10 分钟。离开。在冷汗 diarrea 之后不久，胃痉挛。呕吐累积了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 出汗

I ate at 4:15pm on 4/3/16. I had orange chicken, chicken egg roll, chow mein and a sierra mist. I was sick 1 hour later throwing up etc. Can't keep even water down. Violent uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhoea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a McDonalds egg mcmuffin and now have had diarrhea nonstop for two days! Called the manager and all he said was sorry. This is worst thing going through this. No appetite and definitely no appetite for McDonalds again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I have gotten sick twice this month after having a latte macchiato with soy milk I had that both times. The first I got sick I had an egg & gouda sandwich with the latte. The second time I had lemon pound cake with same latte. I always get latte macchiato with soy milk.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Me and my fiancé shared Whiskey burger and Lunch Brunch burger. There was no cheese or produce on our burgers so most it likely the beef patties, bacon or egg on the burgers.
