Ate fried shrimp and fried rice at this restaurant in Seoul airport on July 26. Started vomiting and had diarrhea about 5 hr later and continued for 11 hours on flight from Seoul to Atlanta Have been having diarrhea off and on for the past week and still today August 3.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

我很少去快餐连锁店。我通常也会吃健康的植物性食物。两天前，我决定违反规定，去这个地方买了土豆泥、Mac 和奶酪、一个饼干和一个辣鸡肉三明治。虽然食物很棒，但是那天晚上我开始出现严重的胃酸倒流症状。醒来 6 次呕吐。可悲的是我无法扔掉。我的胃和喉咙着火了。今天，当我写这篇文章时，我正在经历发烧的症状，喉咙痛，头痛和胃部不适，我甚至几乎无法摆脱低能量。我确信这个地方是罪魁祸首，因为我之前没有吃过任何与众不同的东西。我在家里洗净水果和蔬菜，这是以前吃过的。我认为从快餐中生病是不正常的。特别是当我订购的选择不是普通的时候。

有趣的是我并不是一个人去。我和我重要的其他人在一起，他和炸虾组合一起吃了薯条。而且他也病得很虚弱。我们整天都在家里因为我们无法运作。

昨天下午 5 点在自助餐厅吃了。吃了牛排炸虾、炒饭和一些鸡肉串。这是我唯一吃的东西，因为早上 11 点有一些鸡蛋我一直吃。大约晚上 10 点我发烧了，感觉好像有人打了我。晚上 11 点之前，我开始呕吐了大约 30 次。也有潮热和发烧。还是很头疼，觉得自己像胡扯一样。
