Ordered a Sausage McMufifn with egg last night. Woke up this morning with Nausea, Fever, Vomiting and Diarrhea. I have had food poisoning once before and this feels just like it. 午休期间，我去了 Elmwood st 的麦当劳，得到了四分之一磅重的 6 美元组合，配奶酪小薯条和一个带甜茶的草莓派，我在上午 11 点 57 分左右吃了，它从下午 1 点 50 分左右开始。我开始有剧烈的胃痛，就像我可以把精力集中在工作或走路上一样。曾经使用过洗手间，那时情况变得更糟，我在那里呆了 30 分钟只是因为我非常痛苦而哭了，现在是晚上 7 点 46 分，我的胃还在疼，那就是服用 Pepto-Bismol & Tylenol 500 l。不要再吃麦当劳了！别去艾尔伍德街的麦当劳，这是第二次发生这种情况。
