我和丈夫在 2019 年 7 月 25 日至 26 日入住酒店期间吃了两份早餐和两顿晚餐。昨天 7 月 27 日，我们俩都因发烧、腹泻、呕吐和恶心而住院。第一天晚上，我吃了酸橘汁腌鱼，我丈夫有一个大饼开胃菜，但由于他的贝类过敏，我们俩都没有分享这种食物。第二天早上，我们有酒店住宿附带的早餐选择。我们选择蛋清而不是鸡蛋很容易。我们还有培根、水果和吐司。我们的敬酒不一样。那天晚上，我们吃了鹰嘴豆泥配蔬菜和皮塔斯面包，还有大豆姜鸡肉生菜卷。我们每个人都有一个血腥的玛丽。我们分享了饭菜。那天晚上我有一阵腹泻，但是过去了。第二天，26 日星期五，我们又在那里吃了早餐。这次我们订购的鸡蛋对我丈夫来说太容易了，对我来说是中等的，因为前一天蛋清真的很平淡和不愉快。我们又吃了培根和水果的选择。我有黑麦面包，他有酸面团。我们没有分享任何早餐。给我发出一个小危险信号的是早餐送出来的速度有多快。鸡蛋是室温，这让我有点担心，但我还是吃了它们。我感觉早餐已经预煮好了，而且在加热灯下待了太长时间。我们还消耗了他们在接待处分发的免费冰块。我不能百分百确定那是这家餐厅，但是我们只在普雷斯科特的另一个地方吃饭。我们回到了吉尔伯特，26 日星期五晚上 10 点，我头疼得很厉害。其次是下午 1 点恶心。那时，我开始呕吐，腹泻无法控制了几个小时。我当时在洗手间的地板上，当时还不错的丈夫不得不把东西清理干净。凌晨 5 点，他开始呕吐。由于脑癌，他的系统受损，因此不得不乘救护车送往医院。我还必须乘救护车去医院，因为我病得太重，不能自己开车。我发烧激增至 102，已经恢复正常，偶尔会有低等级抬高到 100。我丈夫很快就脱水了，在急症中精神错乱。他不得不过夜因为他太脱水了。他收到了类固醇。他于 7 月 28 日星期日下午获释。我也得到了静脉输液和抗恶心药物。我们既在家又在卧床休息。头痛还在这里，胃酸倒流偶尔会出现腹泻。
