我在晚上 11 点 30 分至凌晨 12 点左右在餐厅吃饭。我吃了一个酸面团烤鸡肉三明治，里面有大蒜和香草薯条，还有两个普通的炸玉米饼和一小杯雪碧饮料。我在一个小时左右就回家睡觉了。第二天早上我醒来时感到不安和头晕，胃部不适。我整天都经历腹泻，然后呕吐，寒冷和严重的虚弱。我没有胃口，根本没有吃东西。到了下午晚些时候，我不得不去看医生，因为我感觉晕倒和换气过度。

Ordered grilled chicken combo drive thru around 10:20 pm 7/29 2016. Two hours later I needed to run to the restroom and had very bad diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, felt great pain in my stomach even after I went and still suffering pain going in and out the restroom.
