I ordered the grilled chicken burrito combo around 11:30. I ate my meal immediately, and no more than 30 mins later, i started to feel nauseated and had to run to the bath room for a bowel movement that was very loose.  | 症状: 恶心

I have been eating the Soutwest Salad with grilled chicken for several weeks now. Usually having 3-4 of the salads weekly.

Friday evening I began to feel ill. I have been vomiting since. Diarrhea has been a problem as well. Please stop serving these salads so nobody… 更多

At around 3pm I ate grilled chicken breast, boiled yucca and mojo with unsweetened mango tea. Woke up at 1:30 AM with severe abdominal pain followed by vomiting, diarrhea, whole body shaking and shortness of breath. So bad I thought I was dying  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Took forever to receive my order. Get home, eats sandwhich and notice half way through the texture doesn’t feel right so I throw the rest of the sandwhich out. Two hours later I’m vomiting. It’s been over 12 hours later and I’m still miserable  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

你好，昨天晚上 7 点 35 分我在塔霍的这个 Safeway 地点停下来，为我 6 岁的女儿买了一个烤鸡肉三明治。三明治包括：软面包 + 烤鸡肉 + 蛋黄酱 + 生菜就是这样。我女儿在 8 点 15 分左右吃了三明治，晚上 23 点左右感到胃痛。她有气体，然后抽筋然后她开始吐出来。在呕吐的同时，她得了腹泻，我们整夜都在睡觉。每 5-10 分钟洗一次澡（扔起来，她的凳子很水汪汪。她甚至把水扔了。她的肚子只有在凌晨 5 点 15 分左右才能保持/接受水，她停止呕吐，睡了大约 3 个小时。昨晚我们真的很担心，我从 CVS 那里得到了她的肽孩子，她也把它扔掉了。我希望你们检查一下他们的烤鸡，因为我非常怀疑我女儿从那个烤鸡肉三明治中毒了食物。现在她还在睡觉，我希望她能好起来。

Ate panera at work grilled chicken Cesar salad and like a garlic dressing on Monday had diarrhea Monday night. Didnt think anything of it. Ate the same thing Tuesday and have had bad diarrhea starting about an hour after I ate and it's going on 6 hours later  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
