Food poising from sour cream daisy that may have been in the fridge too long. Jewel osco in March. Unless it was the McDonald’s hamburger yesterday bought in lake Zurich but I believe most likely it was the sour cream  | 症状: 呕吐

I ordered a jalapeno lettuce wrap hamburger and after a few bites realized the meat was rotten. It smelled really bad. Took it back in and they have me the new meatless hamburger which was raw and cold not cooked. I was sick for 2 days  | 症状: 腹泻
