I was waiting a good while for my hamburger. The lady took a long time when I finally did get it. She kept opening it with her hand checking inside of it with no gloves then closed it back up right in front of me 2nd time I’ve gotten sick and the bread was hard terrible  | 症状: 腹泻

1 月 14 日星期一，我们在沃尔玛购买了汉堡包和火鸡炉顶馅料。那天晚上，它是用在家里用食材和香料制成的肉饼。当我吃东西时，我有一种过饱的感觉（我做过胃旁路手术），并且对我吃饱的少量食物感到惊讶。我们在 10:30 左右上床睡觉（晚上 8 点左右是晚上晚餐）。我听见我的搭档四处走动并且有点呻吟。我问出了什么问题他说他的隔膜疼痛了。我的膈肌也有疼痛，但是我已经习惯了，因为我有一个小溃疡。我的伴侣晚上呕吐了两次，但说疼痛仍然存在。第二天我吃了一块肉饼，然后咬进了味道像化学药品的东西，最后我的隔膜疼痛。我和我的搭档谈过，他说他呕吐的时候味道像氯一样。我今天仍然感觉不舒服。我确实打电话给健康链接报告了食物中的这种污染。我想是在他们清洁研磨机的时候没有正确冲洗。我今天下午打算在沃尔玛跟进经理，但需要提交这份报告。如果需要测试的话，冰箱里还有一些肉饼。谢谢你。

My 19 year old son has been up since 4:00AM with extreme diarrhea and vomiting after eating a hamburger from McDonalds last night. He is miserable. I tried calling the restaurant to see if there are any other cases and their phone rings to a fax machine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
