Me and my younger sister came here to eat. We both got honey chicken, noodles and rice, also the beef vegetables. After 30 minutes of eating we both felt awful. Upset stomach. Led all the way to throwing up.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

3 月 11 日上午 8 点至 9 点我当时正在吃酒店提供的早餐，包括煎蛋、培根、加蜂蜜的吐司和橙汁。2 小时后，我的胃开始感到不舒服，下午 12 点第一次出现腹泻，第二次在下午 2 点出现腹泻。下午 3 点 30 分，酒店工作人员给了我一种药物（没有注明姓名）供我食用，但似乎效果不佳，我开始感到更加不舒服。下午 4 点，我开始在酒店呕吐。下午 5 点至 6 点，我被酒店的司机带到诊所接受了诊所的治疗。（静脉注射液体，静脉注射 rocephin 2G，奥美拉唑 IV，对症治疗），诊断为急性胃肠炎。晚上 8 点至 9 点，我从诊所出院了。我向酒店做了一份报告，但工作人员忽略了。

I ate half apps, which consisted of Honey BBQ Boneless Wings and I feel terrible. Had to leave early from work today because I could not stand and was nauseous beyond belief. I have a fever now too.
