5 月 29 日下午 12 点 45 分左右，我在意大利香草和奶酪面包上吃了一个英尺长的肉丸子。Provolone 奶酪、意大利辣香肠和墨西哥辣椒酱。吃完大约两个小时后我开始感到恶心，但第二天早上一切都真正开始了。我有腹泻、胃痉挛、呕吐和发烧两天了，无法抑制任何东西。我可能得去医院太糟糕了。

Went into bobs subs at the mills bought a senior sized spicy Italian (wasn’t spicy) with everything on it except onion and tomato. Are The Whole thing and now feel like I’m literally dying. Oh yea I got my sub at around 6:30 and at 10:30 died a little inside  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Rotisserie chicken, shredded cheese, pickles, and black olives on Italian 6 inch. At around 8 pm I ordered this sandwich. Something seemed off about the chicken but I ate it anyway. Woke up 10 am with horrible stomach cramps, diarrhea, a fever, and I feel like I'm going to vomit constantly.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Got sick Sunday night. The night before I ordered Melt on Door Dash (Jumbo Wings with Awesome Sauce, hot italian sandwich, and crispy chicken salad., I was the only one who ate the food, and I was the only one that got sick. Started about 30 hours after I had originally ordered food.  | 症状: 呕吐

员工非常友好，做了漂亮的三明治...但是要当心食物中毒！！！5 月 17 日晚上 9 点左右，我点了食物，然后坐在车里吃三明治。在吃了我一半长的冷切肉后的两个小时内，我在户外露营时出现了剧烈的腹泻，包括抽筋、恶心和呕吐发烧以及猛烈的头痛持续了 18 个小时！花了 24 个多小时才开始恢复正常。如此可怕的濒临死亡的经历我一生中再也不会吃东西了！我订购了意大利香草和奶酪面包的冷切组合，配辣椒杰克奶酪（不是烤）和浇头；生菜、番茄、甜椒、洋葱、泡菜、橄榄和黄辣椒。我怀疑是生菜才是罪魁祸首，但请注意！！
