I ordered a pizza sub with cheddar cheese the toasted it and I asked for lettuce pickles olives mayo mustard and salt &pepper. I got the sub at about 730 pm or 8pm. I started to get really bad runs at 4 am in the morning the time is 1037 am and I went to the bathroom 6 times with really bad runs.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我丈夫儿子和我的丈夫工作出差，我们碰巧在该地区，决定在 72 st 24 小时地铁站停在我们接近的时候看起来没有人在工作但是当我们到门口时，一个女人粗鲁地说你想在这里吃饭，然后我订购了 6 英寸火鸡潜水与梅奥蜂蜜芥末生菜橄榄黄瓜和我的丈夫和我的丈夫注意到纳特正在飞过食物，蔬菜看起来像老枯萎了，没有任何东西被覆盖，而且我们在查看评论时有机会考虑这个地区很脏，当我们查看评论时有机会考虑它得到了 3 颗星和很棒的评论但现在我感到遗憾的是，这项服务不专业，而且粗鲁的食物用来使三明治变脏和虫子都飞过来。我的症状开始在我今天早些时候早些时候早些时候早些时候在凌晨 2 点消费了大约一个小时后，我的症状很糟糕，我最终不得不去看呃由于严重的脱水给药和大量液体，我已经向卫生部门报告了，目前正在等待回应我不希望这种情况发生在孩子身上，否则其他人肯定会远离那个地铁

My sandwich was hard as a rock but the bread was soggy! I got no mayo on it so i am not understanding how the bread was soggy. it seemed like it was made way earlier in the day and then just reheated! My friend also got the chicken tenders there and her stomach has been up set as well.  | 症状: 恶心

我订购了 4 个 carhop classic，但我收到了 2 个是番茄酱和芥末酱和薯条。还有 2 个带蛋黄酱和小孩。我们两个带着小孩吃蛋黄酱的人都有严重的胃痉挛和呕吐。昨晚我们俩都呕吐了大约 7 次... 我们在晚上 8 点左右吃了汉堡，晚上 9 点之前我们已经在床上生病了  | 症状: 呕吐, 抽筋

I had double cheese burger and a mayo chicken. Was fine during the night but woke up at 7 and needed to go a toilet went back to bed and laid down then I needed to go a toilet again and while I was sitting on the toilet I had to stand up and turn round and was voilently sick everywhere  | 症状: 呕吐
