我和我女儿都在 2017 年 8 月 25 日星期五吃了地铁金枪鱼蛋黄酱。我们是帝国大厦从地铁商店购买的。当然，它说这是一个新的分店，还有几家商店，从窗户里放着狗的狗宠物店。那天我们没什么可吃的，直到下午太阳。当天晚些时候走来走去我女儿肚子疼，病得很厉害。我突然有胃痛和暴力生病。我们整晚都生病了，那是鲜黄色的胆汁到目前为止，只有喝水 Laat 才在 8 月 26 日凌晨 6 点左右使用 Laat 生病了。感觉很痛，不要以为我们能继续今天看到的假日景象看见母鸡因此假期很糟糕

I had a turkey on flatbread with tons of veggies and mayo. I had forgotten that nearly everytime someone I knew got mayo, they got sick. I fell to the cycle and was ill for 3 days where I couldn't eat and could barely drink.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 8 月 10 日星期四下午 5 点半左右开车去了，我只订购了一只含奶酪和蛋黄酱的脆皮鸡肉。薯条和茶。在回家的路上我开始吃鸡沙哪个。我打开它然后咬了几口，然后 bu 味道陈旧了，鸡肉很干，味道不对。
我在用车载电话和我丈夫聊天时提到沙子味道很有趣，所以我吃了一半以上之后就把它扔进了袋子里。
自从我吃了沙子以来，我一直生病了，呕吐，发冷，发烧，恶心，肚子抽筋。
肯定是这个 sandwhich。

I ate a McDonald's wrap with chicken lettuce and mayo on with a mcflury ice cream with in 30 minutes I felt nauseous and then I was up all night vomiting I vomiting first at 11pm and last at 12pm the following morning  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
