我和丈夫于 2019 年 6 月 2 日去那里，我们都订购了沙拉吧，我们分享鸡肉 qasadias 我有火腿蛋的春季混合沙拉，切达干酪，豌豆，向日葵，皮塔薯片，黄瓜，法国酱，我丈夫在下午 2 点至 4 点之间有完全不同的沙拉选择。两个都有水要喝，我的沙拉味道酸酸我想也许沙拉酱有点强劲我丈夫认为也许把黄瓜浸在醋里我吃了少一半，我只是再吃不到我们离开回家的沙拉我放下来了一个小睡一小时之后我放下来睡觉就去了洗衣垫我的胃伤害了我，我感到恶心 5 点 45 分我正在扔掉腹泻打电话给我丈夫，告诉他我在 6 月 3 日星期一吃过的沙拉去紧急护理，他们说他们认为这是食物中毒，我周二去看医生，他同意那是食物中毒。我唯一吃过的地方就在那里。
我今天也打电话给了经理，他声称没有其他关于食物中毒的报告，但我的医生证实这是食物中毒。

On Tuesday, 4/23/2019, A friend picked up food from 24-hr Jack in the Box around 5 AM - bacon burger for him, chicken fajita pita & seasoned fries for me. We ate it within 1/2 hour.

No other food was consumed.
