我在 11 月 29 日至 17 日下午 1 点 07 分吃了烟屋牛 s 和一杯高级饮料。三明治上有香脆的洋葱油腻，里面有看起来像生培根的东西，我以为是牛 s。我饿了所以我吃了三明治。我丈夫吃了烤牛肉三明治。晚上 8 点 30 分左右，我开始呕吐，然后继续呕吐以及严重的腹泻。我晚上起床 5 次，每次因腹泻呕吐 3 到 4 次。我的喉咙变得疼痛了。接下来的两天我不能吃东西或保持任何东西。除了我在浴室里度过的时候，我一直躺在床上。今天是 12-2-17，我非常虚弱和不稳定，但能够压住水，果冻和部分运动饮料。当我感觉好些时，我们计划去向经理报告。

11/5/2017 下午 1 点午餐-法式蘸烤牛肉三明治加蘑菇/洋葱/青椒，蘸酱，薯片，咖啡。症状包括气体、严重胃酸以及同时出现的和随后的严重腹部痉挛（在本报告开头提供的四种症状选择中没有一种），在进食后 30-45 分钟内开始，持续到午夜后很长时间。我没有过敏或任何其他饮食问题。

My daughter and I both had the Roast Beef Max sandwich with Horsey Sauce around 3:pm last Monday (Oct 9th). My daughter's symptoms started around 7:pm, mine around 10:pm. By far it was the worst food poisoning I ever had. I vomiting until the following morning around… 更多

The Roast Beef sandwich (only contained ranch dressing , lettuce, and cheese slices) was the only thing I ate that day after class (6pm approx). I have been sick from Wednesday night and still currently bedridden....AND I TIPPED THE F*CKERS!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
