I visited Panera Bread around 8pm on 4/24/18. I ordered a half Mediterranean salad with bread & a soba noodle bowl with edamame. I have been sick since 2am with throwing up, and diarrhea. It's now 9am and I'm still sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the the cob salad last week on Wed, Thursday, and Friday. On Thursday I start having symptoms but didn't know what it was from. Went to the dr on Friday and that's when I was diagnosed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a steak and vegetable salad plate between 7 and 8 pm last night. By 1:00 AM, I was vomiting and had diarrhea. This continued throughout the entire night and I’m still sick at 2:30 PM the next day. My 6 year old son had a chicken plato and had diarrhea only this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
