I had a salad with Romane, brown rice, black beans, chicken, avacado, corn, a little bit of corn, and the red hot sauce salsa around 8:30 on March 3,2016. Around 4 AM I started having diarrhea and now 8 AM I feel nauseous. Along with wanting to vomit. It's horrible!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ordered extra long fish sandwich and side salad at about 1230pm on 02Mar16 from the north fort burger king drive thru. About two hours later I was not feeling well and by midnight I was puking. 我今晚点了一份西南鸡肉沙拉然后把它带回家吃晚饭。大约一个小时后我感到恶心。再过半小时我就开始腹泻了。从这么多开始腹泻现在已经变得流血了，我已经开始呕吐了。我去扔掉了容器，发现贴纸显示它已经过时了。我现在在这家餐厅买东西时病得很重，有头晕、恶心、呕吐、血性腹泻和胃痉挛。除了我今天吃的青椒以外，这种沙拉是唯一的东西，所以我知道是麦当劳让我生病的。

My husband and I went to Olive Garden for lunch yesterday. We both had salad, breadsticks, mozzarella sticks, and fried calamari. He got a chicken and cheese piadina, and I got the vegetable and cheese piadina, which we shared with eachother. Now today we're both sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ate at about 6pm. Had a Doner with all the salad and spicy sauce. It was actually the best tasting kebab I've had in Brussels. But eight hours later I felt sick and within 24 hours I was incredibly sick. Hadn't felt that ill in years. I now have five meds I am taking and at home sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
