Salad kit lettuce, I believe My girlfriends symptoms started about an hour after eating a ham & lettuce sandwich, no one else has gotten sick and everyone has eaten the ham but only she has eaten the lettuce. She's had naseaus, vomiting, diahrea and horrible stomach cramps for the past 24hrs.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I had a Simple Jack grilled cheese with gluten free bread, tomato soup, and a caesar salad with caesar dressing around 2:30pm on August 7, 2020. Some of the romaine lettuce was wilted and I picked a few pieces out, the rest seemed fine. I’m not sure… 更多

I had a salad, 6oz steak and green beans. Within 1-2 hours I had diarrhea for the next several hours, then agin in the morning. I was nauseas the hole time.popular place, best steaks. But this time something went wrong.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

After eating a salad later on that evening I have diarrhea and vomiting. And had diarrhea the following morning. Everything I ate came back out and I slept all day which is unusual for me I place a take-out order drive-through 8/6/2020 I later on after eating the salad I became sick  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻
