6月13日星期三，吃了意大利扁面条和蛤蜊的晚餐。凌晨 4 点，严重的胃痛，然后是呕吐和腹泻，然后是发烧。我女儿吃了另一顿饭，鸡蛋面和扇贝，但是早上中午胃部不适和腹泻。我打电话给餐厅但没有得到回应。

I ate at Gojos last night and had scalllops and shrimp. I am the only one in my groups that had the scallops and have been deathly ill with vomiting and diarrhea all night and all of today. I Ordered a caesar salad, Admiral's meal. Which had shrimp clams scallops and Flounder. With a baked potato. Cheddar bay biscuit.

We are at the seafood restaurant and got scallops that were disgusting causing us to leave. Later that night we heard there were other people who got the scallops and got food poisoning. The next morning it was pretty clear we got it too.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
