19 年 9 月 18 日星期三下午 2 点 40 分我在上班途中收到了一个 7 美元的双汉堡。以前那天我有过一次健康奶昔，每天都是一样的。晚餐是我从头开始做的汤，我和我丈夫已经吃了 3 天了。我注意到汉堡有一些地方闻起来很有趣。那天晚上我无法入睡，腹痛和肌肉酸痛。第二天，昨天，我甚至无法走路。我躺在床上，无论我穿多少条毯子，寒意都不会停止。然后后来我发烧了 101.8 度。我错开去洗手间。什么都没吃，只是喝了水。今天，第三天，我的头仍然非常痛苦，而且我从来没有头痛。我现在要打电话给那个地方。我再也不会在那里吃东西了。

下午 2:00 吃了培根芝士汉堡只加芥末和洋葱，甜和普通的茶（我混合了）炸薯条，然后和我的孩子分享了草莓奶昔。一个小时之内我感觉不太好。我去睡个午觉（我在墓地上班）在 8 点醒来时因恶心和气体而醒来。吐了然后是腹泻。然后出现了冷汗和更多的呕吐。
