3:30 左右有火腿和烤滑块，还有卷曲的薯条和摩卡奶昔...我记得两个不同的火腿三明治看起来不一样。从晚上 8 点/9 点左右开始出现腹泻，整夜都有汽油。  | 症状: 腹泻, 煤气

I went to steak and shake last night and had the guacamole burger and fries with a lemonade. I was going to a Reds game after and spent most of the night in the bathroom, feeling one of the worst abdominal pains I have ever experienced. 我让我的未婚夫为我买了一杯基本的巧克力奶昔。我注意到鲜奶油看起来很奇怪（海绵状），而且饮料已满 3/4（根本不像普通的装满杯子）。我喝了几口，味道还不错... 有点太甜了。我在照顾宝宝的时候把剩下的放在冰箱里。大约 30 分钟后，也许再过一会儿，我开始胃部不适。两个小时后，我正在猛烈呕吐。三个小时我有剧烈的胃痛、头晕和极度恶心。已经超过5个小时了，症状没有减轻。当我的未婚夫发现他去嗅了一下奶昔然后亲自尝试了一下。现在他生病了。

Dark chocolate malt milkshake... Had on Sunday 3pm, Monday 7am vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and fever. Husband had same. I've been in bed since Sunday night, it's now Tuesday afternoon. Husband went back today to try it again, same shake gave him nearly immediate diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
