用苏打水吃 2 只 Chalupa 牛肉至尊玉米饼中的 1 个。大约两个小时后，我开始恶心和冷汗。3 个小时后，我头晕了，开始猛烈地呕吐到鼻子、嘴里出来的地方，到处喷洒。急剧疼痛从我的腹部开始。每小时大约 10-15 次非常痛苦的暴力呕吐物，血液持续约 6 个小时，随后是 3 小时的酸性小呕吐。需要住院治疗 24 小时。涉及酸性腹泻、呕吐后胃酸反流、严重脱水等。48 小时后仍然不是 100％。

April 15 2018 2;30 pm took grand child to Mc Donalds at W Genesse St Fairmount NY. 8 year old Granddaughter had a happy meal and soda was fine. I had 1 small strawberry milk shake. Diarrhea started 3 hours later.  | 症状: 腹泻

I had a four piece chicken tenders and a soda which were ordered around 8pm. I am miserable now within 12 hours of eating. I’ve had to be in the restroom none-stop since around 3 am. I honestly regret choosing that restaurant.

昨晚（2018 年 4 月 4 日）我男朋友给我买了 Carl's Jr 5 美元组合全明星餐。这是一个双层芝士汉堡、辣鸡肉三明治、薯条、巧克力曲奇和雪碧苏打水。
起初我很好，然后那天晚上晚些时候我的胃开始受伤非常严重。我有严重的 diaherra、不间断的呕吐、寒战，我甚至因为痛苦而哭了。我的骨头受伤了，我无法移动。老实说，我只是想死。
现在是第二天，我还在痛苦中，今天早上我在呕吐（很多），但我还有严重的 diaherra。我的骨头受伤了，我几乎无法说话。现在我不确定我能不能去医院。
