My son had a kid’s meal with pork quesadilla, rice, cheese on July 14th. The next day he had nausea, vomiting and diarrhea which lasted about 24 hours. 我在 7 月 13 日星期五吃了 chipotle。我自己有一个墨西哥卷饼碗。包括白米、黑豆、barbacoa、酸奶油和奶酪。我还吃了一个 barbacoa 墨西哥玉米饼，里面只有肉和奶酪。大约是中午，大约是下午 12 点至 1 点。当我吃东西的时候，我注意到有些东西在品尝。它本身的食物味道与我所知道的不一样。当我吃完两件物品后，我坐下来立刻感到胃部不舒服。我只是喝水来减少我的食物。我也习惯吃这么多的食物。对于 chipotle 来说，恶心对我来说是个禁忌。不久之后我就呕吐了，甚至不到 20 分钟后我就呕吐了。自从那顿饭以来，我一直无法减少水或食物。我整天都有这些恶心咒语，然后是偏头痛。当我回顾自己的经历时；当我走进商店时，他们非常忙碌，员工的素质达不到标准。他们在做空顾客，不注意订单或食物处理。我不会再回这个地方了。从字面上看，我在 chipotle 方面的经历给我带来了酸味，我什至在考虑将来再也不会重返公司了。

7 月 12 日下午 1 点左右吃了一个鸡肉碗，里面有白米饭、鸡肉、温和热的莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪以及薯条和鳄梨调味酱。同一天下午 2 点 30 分至 3 点左右，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛和腹泻，这种情况也发展为发冷。截至 7 月 14 日 @ 6:30 我仍然有同样的症状。
