I ate a bowl with: white rice, chicken, mild and medium salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Within the hour I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. It is now the next day and I am still experiencing stomach discomfort and diarrhea.

我吃了一个牛排碗，里面有糙米、西红柿、玉米莎酱、奶酪和酸奶油。我有筹码。我在晚上 8 点 30 分吃了，第一次是晚上 11 点，然后是凌晨 1 点 30 分，然后是凌晨 3 点，最后是凌晨 5 点。我睡在浴室地板上，直到我觉得自己可以上床睡觉 5 个小时后，我才不再感到恶心，现在才非常虚弱。
