星期六晚上去了，沙拉之后几乎马上就有食物出来了。我丈夫和我都喝了一杯红酒、沙拉和面包棒。他点了意大利面配肉酱和香肠，很好。我点了烤的 ziti。吃完后不到 3 小时我就肿了，恶心了。然后是严重的呕吐和 diherrea。我们用餐的唯一区别是主菜，所以我假设 ziti 是做什么的，但谁知道...

8/11/17 spaghetti & meatballs (likely culprit) with sprinkle cheese, 1 roll w/butter. Severe food poisoning symptoms soon after. Food came out unusually fast and not too warm. Debilitated us for past 3 days and not fully recovered yet.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我的四口之家于 2017 年 8 月 10 日在橄榄园吃饭。我们认为这可能是沙拉，因为那里有黏糊糊的碎片与新鲜的生菜以及冷冻的块混合在一起。在发现这些黏糊糊的碎片之后，我们要求另一个碗。我们所有的饭菜都看起来不正常，要么烧焦在上面，要么只是看起来放在一起然后品尝。我丈夫有一个肉丸，在他的意大利面和肉丸中央还略微冷冻。我们还吃了千层面，烤馄饨，龙虾馄饨，玛格丽塔鸡肉。进食大约 2.5 小时后，我第一次出现胃痉挛和恶心。其余家人在 4-10 小时后因恶心、呕吐和 diaherrea 而生病。我们两个人生病了 2 天。第二天早上我通知了限制。
