11:50 am I had a Mexican Pizza and a soft taco. The Mexican Pizza tasted stale; I ate it anyway because if it's only stale I thought it would be okay and I needed to get back to work. Symptoms started at 2:30 with nausea, and the diarrhea started at 3:30.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I had take out food from taco bell in Forsyth. I had my regular 2 beefy crunch burrotos. And less than a hour I got diarrahra and nausea. And my boyfriend he ate the same thing and he did to right after me. Same symptoms. We have always got diarrhea from this taco bell location.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我和我妻子决定在 2016 年 6 月 10 日星期五吃塔可钟。我们在晚上 7 点半左右吃了，我们看了电影然后上床睡觉，因为第二天我必须去上班。凌晨 2 点左右，我开始感到非常恶心和恶心，我去洗手间扔了一堆橙绿色的东西，从我可以看到的是生菜片，在我感到非常热发烧之后不久，我的胃又因为疼痛而使我丧命，一切都从那里下坡了。整个早上直到 6 月 11 日上午 8 点左右。我试图去上班，但是我无法做到这一点我非常虚弱，我感到头晕和恶心。我的妻子打电话给我们的医生/护士执业医生，她打电话给一些恶心药来帮助缓解它起作用了一段时间的某些症状，但我睡了一天中的大部分时间仍然感到非常恶心和发烧。现在是 6 月 12 日的周日早晨，还因胃痉挛而躺在床上，还没吃一口食物我连看都看不到！塔可钟是有史以来最糟糕的食物体验之一。绝对不会再回去了，我也会告诉我的朋友们。

2016 年 10 月 6 日星期五晚上 8:45 在炸玉米饼钟吃饭之前感觉很好。我女儿和我去了订购的车道; 窒息的鸡肉卷饼, 玉米片, 玉米片贝尔格兰德, 辣土豆软炸玉米饼, 素食小酒馆墨西哥卷饼但被给了碗.我们在那里吃饭后 30 分钟到 2 小时内都生病了。严重的胃痉挛，恶心，呕吐（但我从未呕吐过）头痛，发冷，头晕。绝对可怕。可悲的是，这在那之前已经发生过几次，并且经常听到许多在那里吃饭的其他人的消息。周末毁了，我们所有人仍然感受到食物中毒的影响。
