我吃了 8 点左右，订购了一杯鸡肉玉米饼汤和烟椒杰克火鸡三明治.我很确定这是汤，但不是 100％。大约 1 小时后，我开始感觉到我的胃疼。我以为这可能是消化不良之类的但是 30 分钟后，我吐了一切都恢复了。我有爆炸性腹泻，后吐更多。我尝试饮用水，但也吐了。我一直在尝试睡觉，但因为胃痛和恶心而无法睡觉。我正在重复前往浴室去浴室呕吐和粪便在夜间。

My wife and I had lunch yesterday. She had the Fuji apple Salad (with Green Goddess dressing) and turkey sandwich. I had a tuna sandwich and mac-n-cheese. I shared some of her salad with her.
