今天下午 2 点 30 分左右我吃了火鸡和蔓越莓扁面包、Mac 和奶酪、面包和绿茶。不到一个小时，我感到严重恶心，腹泻断断续续，腹部痉挛严重。现在是下午 6 点，随着上厕所的紧迫性加剧以及胃痉挛、疲劳和出汗的剧烈时期，症状变得更加严重。
