Ate the 0% Greek yogurt from Trader Joe's in the morning at 8am and an hour later started feeling nauseous. At 11am, was vomitting and couldn't keep food or water down the rest of the day.

我点了一份凯撒鸡肉沙拉，加入切成丁的西红柿，然后用菠菜代替长叶菜。我的订单在下午 1 点 30 分左右送到我家，不到一个小时后我的症状就开始了。除了早上 7 点早餐吃的咖啡和酸奶之外，这种沙拉就是我吃的全部。直到吃完沙拉后不久我还好。现在已经接近 730p 了，我仍然因轻微的胃痛而恶心。这不是我第一次在这个地方吃饭，但这是我第一次在杰森的任何熟食店生病。
