Ate at 7:30PM on 12/21/19. Around 12am on 12/22/19 I was vomiting intensely with nausea, and then this later turned to diarrhea. The only other meal I had was at 12pm on 12/21/19, but I feel like it had to be the meal that caused this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a chicken bowl at 12 and shortly after that I started felling very tired and nauseous.
Stayed in bed for the day and around 11:30pm I vomit everything I hate 10 hours before !! ( it was my only meal of the day )  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
