我有一个碗，里面放着白米牛排温和的莎莎鳄梨调味酱奶酪玉米，旁边还有薯条和莎莎酱。起初我以为是食物中毒，但我病得很重，我正在抽筋而且严重脱水，我不得不去急诊室。有人告诉我我感染了病毒，现在和我一起去的朋友也在经历同样的事情。

I had the chicken tacos with sour cream corn lettuce mild salsa and rice at about 2pm on Sunday 10-5-18 and I started having symptoms on the same day at 5pm. It was the only thing I ate the entire day couldnt eat anything for the next 2 days I lost 7 pounds because of this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
