我有一个墨西哥卷饼和你的基本鸡肉、豆类、大米、酸奶油、生菜和奶酪。吃完之后，整个晚上我都感到恶心，几个小时后睡觉前就吐了起来。从那时起，我每两个小时醒来一次呕吐并出现虚弱和发烧症状。现在已经过了一天半了，昨晚我又吐了起来，并且继续感觉肚子里有一个坑，我觉得自己随时都可以吐出来。

Ate there last night (its new here) and I was fine all night, a little upset stomach but nothing out of the normal. The next morning I feel pretty sick but I ignore it for a little and then I had diarrhea for a couple hours and finally I just threw up all the corn that was in there  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I got a burrito bowl with chicken and guacamole and as soon as I finished it I felt awful. Within a few hours I was sweating, vomitting, and had diarrhea and a fever it’s been almost 24 hours and I still can’t keep food down  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
