2017 年 7 月 4 日星期二，我在 Chipotle 吃了一个鸡肉卷饼作为午餐。我正在回大学城的路上，那天晚上感觉不够好吃晚饭。我有腹泻，从晚上 11 点到凌晨 4 点呕吐。我吃了佳得乐和饼干 2 天还有恶心和腹泻。7 月 7 日星期五晚上，我吃了一些鸡汤然后把它扔了起来。7 月 8 日星期六早上，我去了贝勒斯科特和怀特医院的急诊室。诊断为胃肠炎。医生怀疑食物中毒。我脱水了，接受了静脉注射和药物治疗。我共同支付的医院账单是 796.33 美元。

两天前我有一个来自 Chipotle 的鸡肉碗。第二天早上我一醒就开始腹泻和 naseau，一直持续到今天。
胃痛也是。

This is Happend to my son on 8/2/2017 at 8.50 pm is my purchase time and we bring it to home and he ate at around 9.15 p.m. After an hour he got vomitings twice. The food he ate is Chicken bowl with white rice pinto beans chicken medium salsa sour cream cheese and lettuce.  | 症状: 呕吐

Got a chicken bowl at around 9:30. Staff was rude and cleaning area looked nasty, but my hunger was strong enough to order anyway. 20 minutes later diarrhea. About 15 after that I began throwing up, which has persisted for the last 8 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, peppers, tomatoes, medium salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce l on Wed. 8/2 in the evening. Around 3AM woke up with indigestion/chest pains. Shortly after began vomiting periodically for the next 90 minutes.  | 症状: 呕吐
