I ordered a steak bowl. As I was eating it I thought it didn't taste great and threw half of it away. I got terrible indigestion and felt super sick almost immediately. I was throwing up all night and glued to the bathroom for days. I was out of work for three days total.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

午餐时我去了墨西哥辣椒酱，得到了鸡肉卷饼没有豆子白米鸡肉蔬菜和莎莎酸奶油和奶酪。我也有沙拉酱的一面。我吃完午饭然后回去工作，大约 45 分钟后，我在浴室里疯狂地呕吐，吃饭后大概 20 到 30 分钟后恶心。呕吐前甚至呕吐后都会出现严重的胃痛。老板把我送回家太糟糕了，疼痛消失后我最终精疲力尽。第二天我仍然感觉不舒服。

I ordered Chipotle catering back in March 2017 from the Norh Salisbury Chipotle in Maryland. 26 people ultimately became ill with Norovirus, ranging from diarrhea only to 2 individuals who had to go to ER . Symptoms were SEVERE diarrhea and vomiting, along with severe body aches.… 更多
