Today I had a chicken burrito bowl with guac for lunch. I went back to work and i started feeling nauseous. My stomach started to hurt and then I threw up. I threw up 2 more times later that day.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

昨天下午 3 点左右在 Chipotle 吃了。沙拉，carnita 的，黑豆，烤蔬菜，没有别的。到晚上 10 点，他很恶心，头痛严重。上床睡觉，凌晨 2 点醒来，出汗，呕吐了 4 次。早上 6 点醒来时患有严重腹泻，又呕吐了 2 次。现在很虚弱。一直没能保持任何东西。丈夫也吃了墨西哥辣椒，但是很好。
