Today I had a chicken burrito bowl with guac for lunch. I went back to work and i started feeling nauseous. My stomach started to hurt and then I threw up. I threw up 2 more times later that day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at Chipotle yesterday afternoon around 3p. Salad, carnita's, black beans, grilled veggies, nothing else. By 10pm, was nauseous, and had severe headache. Went to bed, woke up at 2am, sweating, and vomited 4 times. Woke up at 6am with severe diarrhea, and vomited 2 more times.… See more
