18 年 8 月 12 日星期日，下午 2 点 3 点有索菲利塔斯碗吃午餐。到晚上 11 点，我每隔 30 分左右就会出现腹泻和呕吐，直到第二天上午 10 点，然后是两天的胃敏感。我丈夫和我有相同类型的碗和食材，他没有反应；但是，我从墨西哥辣椒那里得到了一袋薯条，他把 Tostitos 和他的包装在一起，所以我想报告一下他们的筹码袋，或者给它们装袋的处理人员可能有问题。

My sister bought a salad from a chipotle in this location and got very sick. This was during the time people got sick eating from the chipotle in Ohio so in concerned about that we already had to call the poison center so hope this doesn't happen… 更多

我星期六在这里吃过饭。我收到了一个外卖订单，上面放着两个面粉玉米饼的碗。我在午餐时吃了一半，几个小时后吃了另一半吃晚饭。第二天我感觉非常不舒服。我整天都有腹泻、发冷和极度身体疼痛。我的手脚既湿又出汗。我整天都无法吃东西，喝水的时候感觉就像要呕吐一样。整个过程持续了大约1天。我又开始感觉正常了，吃了平淡的食物。我再也不会在这家餐厅吃饭了。我的女朋友在同一天，她订单的唯一不同之处在于她得到了豆腐而且病得同样严重！
