My girlfriend had chipotle Thursday’s and had been throwing up ever since it is now Saturday at 4:13pm in Atlanta. We’ve tried, Green Tea, Ginger Ale, Crackers, Toast and more .. it’s stops for a moment than starts back up  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在新奥尔良埃尔姆伍德购物中心的 Chipotle 吃饭，然后我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼和生菜，然后我病得很厉害，胃痉挛严重，发烧，腹泻，什么血，撒尿绿色，并且发冷了。我以为我快死了然后不得不去医院被诊断出患有 ecoli。这真的很严重，我不得不接受大量药物和抗生素。

I ordered a chicken and steak burrito bowl with pico de gallo, corn salsa,cheese,sour cream, lettuce and guacamole,white rice ate most of it and started feeling nauseous and soon before I knew I had the urge to go throw up and I threw up and so much came out never again will I eat from chiptole  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
