2016 年 11 月 2 日星期五大约 7:45 在那里吃了晚餐。我吃了 8 盎司的 Sirlion 牛排，烤土豆，自家沙拉和牧场调味料。晚上 11 点我开始感到恶心，从腹泻开始，然后到午夜大部分时间都开始恶心和呕吐。我从来没有真正检查过我的体温，但是我出汗和发冷。早上呕吐停止了，但是第二天我继续腹泻，感觉虚弱。

Saturday evening, October 22, 2016. I was the only one in a party of eight to eat the greenbeans w/blue cheese. I only ate two bites as they weren't good. Everyone else ate other items and no one else got sick things. Three hours later I was extremely ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

We are there Friday night and now three of us all have had nausea and diahhrea since. Ribeye, sirloin, shrimp, and salmon. Only thing we all had in common was the salad  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ate dinner at Longhorn last Thursday Oct 13. My husband and I both had dinner with Caesar Salads which is the only thing we had the same. Both became ill on Friday and were sick for 5 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
