5/18/16 ate house salad w/ 1000 Island dressing, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Two hours later diarrhea lasted all night.
Then 5/20/16 ate the leftovers and again diarrhea in less than 30 mins.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
