I had a bowl with white rice, chicken, medium salsa, sour cream, cilantro, red onions and pickled jalapeños. About 6 hours later I got extreme yellow/clear diarrhea, vomiting and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered an Impossible Meat Bowl 11 24 19 at Qdoba. It was the first time trying Impossible meat for me. Got food poison symptoms that night and nausea cramps vomiting next morning. I have iron stomach and never have trouble with anything. Hardly ever get flu, let alone throw up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I've tried too many times. Every time I come to this one, I feel like vomiting or I actually vomit. This time I had the vomit but mixed with now, a 2AM meeting at the toilet. Chicken Nachos with Chicken, Queso and Guacamole. Last time it was Steak, Queso and Guacamole. I can't do this again  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
