我和儿子于 2018 年 7 月 18 日下午 5:30 在 Qdoba。那天晚上 9 点左右我的胃开始感觉不舒服。我醒来后有胃痉挛、头痛和腹泻。我儿子因胃部不适醒来而且感觉不舒服。到 2018 年 7 月 19 日今天中午，他身体疼痛，发烧，感觉非常糟糕。这不是流感。我担心的是食物传播的疾病。

had chicken and steak burrito bowl at 3pm on 7/6/2018 and within 2 hours i was sobbing on the bathroom floor puking and shaking from the nausea and fever 1/10 would not go again  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate Nachos, Steak with fajita vegetables at 6pm on 06/30/2018, I began to have violent vomiting and Diarrhea at 233 AM that went on for well over 48 hours. I consulted with my physician and this is a food illness, I had not eaten anything after… 更多

I had the three cheese nachos at qdobas. I had steak on it my girlfriend had chicken . She was just fine.i wasnt 11 hours after eating i gotton extreme belly pain diarria..sick with food posioning..i really hope no one else was exposed to this..i had qdobas at 5pm on june 25  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
