Dec. 6 got a fish burrito with rice, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, olives, sour cream, quacamole. Went home and went to bed fairly early. Woke up next morning fairly sick .By 2 PM puked out my gut. In bed until 1130pm. 2 days later feel so so. Nasty.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Friday August 18th I was going to listen to the Music in the park plaza 7pm ish.
I ordered one chicken taco and the ne pork taco and a side of black beans
No cheese or sour cream, pico & green sauce on chicken, on the pork I had pico guacamole red sauce both on corn shell, and the beans  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I ate two pork tacos with some beans - I didn't have the rice, and did half black beans half refried. I had the lettuce, cheese and tomato and mild sauce, and a Diet Coke. This was at about 8:30. I woke up around one AM puking.… 更多
