Whent to this restaurant with the family , had some apetizers . One of them I forgot the name were like chicken strips in a hot buffalo sauce and blue cheese 3 out of 6 were eating but I semed to be the only one out of the 3 that was in the bathroom puking inside the restaurant after my main meal  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

We have a good time. Kids ate good. Everything was peachy till we got home. My husband and I start feeling ill. We went to bed at 8:30, not common for us. And we're up at 4:00 with vomit.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

8 点左右去和孩子们一起吃晚饭。订购了带有薯条和披萨的鸡肉滑块以供分享。薯条尝起来像鱼，披萨味道很苦，但是我们把烧焦的部分刮掉然后吃掉了，因为它看起来更好。到晚上 10 点，我们有胃痛，呕吐，所以一直持续到晚上。现在我们因为可怕的胃痉挛而从工作和学校回来看医生，却被告知我们一定被那里的东西污染了，医生警告我们不要再在那个地方吃饭，因为这么简单的食物使我们病得很重。向城市卫生部门报告。
