My husband and I picked up fresh sandwiches for lunch along with our groceries on 12/3/2018. I got the Marketside Asian Chicken Bistro Wrap and was later violently ill. I only had coffee and toast before lunch and I am certain the wrap is what made me sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

11 月 22 日星期三清晨，我从面包店购买了一个 12 片芝士蛋糕取样器拼盘。下午1点左右，我从盘子里吃了一块。我在家里照顾患有晚期阿尔茨海默氏症的卧床不起的母亲，下午余下的时间都在忙着照顾她，所以没吃其他东西。到下午6点左右，我能够休息一下，吃点东西。但是唯一听起来不错的是贵格会燕麦片。我觉得自己得到了肚子虫但是能拿到燕麦片。到了晚上 8 点，我左侧的结肠下降区域出现了可怕的抽筋。我晚上 9 点上床睡觉但无法入睡，因为抽筋变得更糟了。到了晚上 10 点，我正躺在床旁的地板上，试图找到一个有助于缓解抽筋的最佳位置。到了晚上 11 点，我在洗手间里，接下来的 3 个小时要么在厕所上，要么在地板上度过，浴室的窗户敞开，因为我汗湿透了。我的脸颊被压在冷瓷砖上，只有在这种情况下才能感觉良好。事情终于在凌晨 2 点左右发生，在呕吐和腹泻之间交替出现。接下来的一个小时它继续袭击，那时我终于有了几个小时的睡眠。凌晨 5 点醒来去检查我妈妈，尽管抽筋已经停止，但腹泻还没有停止，直到今天下午中旬（11 月 22 日星期四）才轻微持续。在芝士蛋糕之前，我唯一吃过的东西是星期三早上 6 点吃的干百吉饼、香蕉和一杯黑咖啡。如果你想从中获取任何信息，我就把芝士蛋糕取样器拼盘放在冰箱里。

而且，以防万一沃尔玛有人在读这篇文章，由于疾病预防控制中心的警报，他们本应从商店中取出所有长叶莴苣，但他们在熟食区还有大量翻新包装的沙拉。我通常会买苹果和核桃沙拉，但是看完了食材（其中明确说明了长叶莴苣）之后，我没有购买。

I was eating a salad mix with romaine lettuce on October 1-3..went to er on October 4th, 2018 and was hospitalized with kidney failure due to e coli..could not figure out where the e coli came.from until the news broke last night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
