got a double burger top patty was ok after i ate about half i noticed a weird smell bottom patty was very pink in the middle, it smelled like raw ground beef....few mins after i got very bad stomach ache.  | 症状: 腹泻

I had a junior burger and some chili. The food poisoning likely came from the chili as my husband didn't get sick and he also had a burger. I became ill about 3-4 hours after eating and I'm still not okay 12 hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I bought a #6 last night and this morning I wokeuo with uncontrollable diarrhea and ive also bought from other Wendy's around my area and the results are the same I have diarrhea I don't know if it's one of there ingredients but before when I use to buy the #6 I never use to have diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻

2017 年 11 月 27 日晚上 8 点左右，我为自己订购了 4 件套鸡肉招标组合餐，但是几个小时后，随机出现了恶心和胃部不适。试图用抗酸剂和 PepTO 整夜保持我的胃部低落，但是第二天一大早就呕吐了。我怀疑炸薯条没有正确煮熟，或者保存时间超过了保存时间，因为起初我没有想到，但是薯条很陈旧且有状态（而且不温暖，但那是一个寒冷的夜晚）。招标也可能是罪魁祸首，但无法分辨出它们没有煮熟（味道还可以，而且温度适中）。由于他们刚刚进行了完整的改造，所以可能会暂时不会回去。

订购了一个 Junior Bacon 芝士汉堡薯条和一个 sm Frosty... 回家 2 小时后我的胃开始受伤变得抽筋想尖叫和 curl 缩起来。我不得不在 3 小时内去洗手间超过 6 次，现在是睡前了，我的胃感觉就像我要呕吐一样。我身体发冷了，胃痛还没有消退！
