I got the chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. It was fine till 11 hours later I just didn’t feel good then at 11pm I had A little bit of diarrhea but then just vomiting and visiting till my whole stomach was empty and all the nuggets came up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Acute diarrheal illness after eating orange chicken and white rice from Big Bowl at Midway airport at 6pm on Sunday 4/5. Symptoms started at 7am on Monday. 9 instance of completely watery diarrhea so far. As of 11pm on Monday night.  | 症状: 腹泻
