- comments: no written cleaning procedure or required equipment for a vomit/diarhrea event. Must provide. Priority foundation violation.

- comments: noted the following tcs foods held in the
pizza prep cooler at improper temperatures: deli meat at 49. 1f, sausage at 49. 8f, and mozzarella cheese at 48. 5f. All foods discarded. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: noted the pizza prep cooler unable to maintain adequate temperature. Cooler found at 53. 2f. With tcs foods such as deli meat at 49. 1f. Cooler tagged held for inspection and must not use until repaired and maintains adequate temperature, c. D. P. H. Contacted for tag removal. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: must not store in use pizza cutters directly next to the prep hand washing sink.

- comments: all prep area wiping cloths must be held in a clean container with a sanitizing solution.

- comments: all stored items under the three compartment sink must be elevated. Used food tin cans must be discarded.

- comments: the interior door of the pizza prep cooler was cracked/damaged and repaired with duct tape. Also noted tape and tin foil used as a means of repair on the upper door/seal of the rear tall reach-in freezer. Must replace the interior door or repair to be smooth and cleanable. Must not use tape as a means of repair.

- comments: exterior of all the plastic food containers in the upper portion of the pizza prep cooler and the rear tall reach-in cooler noted dirty with encrusted food debris. ----interior and exterior of all coolers and freezers dirty with food debris. Instructed to clean and maintain all.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation from 11-19-19 report #2345934 not corrected. #60- noted the following previous core violation #58 rule #pa-100-0367 from inspection report #2213322 dated 8/22/2018 not corrected. Again noted the certified food manager on duty with no allergen training certification. Instructed management that all food service managers are required to have the allergen training certification. Priority violation #7-42-090.
