Ate at 11:30 AM on April 11, 2021. Had a carnitas burrito bowl with, brown rice, the green salsa, sour cream and cheese. Started having diarrhea at 7 PM April11th - April 12th at 7 PM and vomited at 11 PM on April 11th.
